Gluten free muffin with blueberry

A worthwhile muffin with a delicious moist and sweet vanilla taste. The batter for the muffins has a high viscosity which ensures that berries, nuts and chocolate chunks do not sink to the bottom. The batter has a remarkable bake stability and ensure the nice muffin top.

 

Our muffins are a shure hit and the batter is based on a 100% premix where you only have to add oil and water.

 

RECIPE

GLUTEN FREE MUFFIN

1,000 g Credin Gluten Free Muffin Plain
310 g Vegetable oil
440 g Water

Blueberries

 

PROCEDURE

Mixing time: 3-4 minutes in medium speed using a spatula
Weight: 70 g per muffin
Oven temp.: 180°C
Baking time: Approx. 20-22 minutes

 

Tip: Create variety by adding cocao powder and chocolate chunks for at dark moist muffin.
