Credi Fond is a powder for creating a creamy airy mousse with a rich flavour and is particularly suitable for desserts, mousses, cream cakes and cheese cakes. Credi Fond is very easy to handle and only needs to be mixed with water and lightly whipped cream for a creamy and airy texture. It can be mixet both with dairy or non dairy cream types.
