Ensurance of our quality starts when we purchase the raw materials. As we control and approve the raw materials before they can be used.
Our documentation department obtains analyses, certificates, and documentation from suppliers to ensure that the raw materials meet our high standards for quality and do not contain unwanted allergens or contaminants. Always ensuring:

At Credin, we take pride in our highly specialiced production facility. From we recieve the ingredients to finished product we ensure a dedicated quality control within our supply chain.
Our production environment is meticulously maintained to be contaminant-free. Among others we have closed batch containers and washable machinery, strict safety protocols for handeling ingredients, and rigorous batch controls.
If demanded we can deliver free-from products labelled without "may contain traces of".

After production our products undergo a quality control, this ensures that each product meets our high-quality standards and ensures a perfect stability. We bake the products in our test bakery. These products are evaluated on sensory parameters such as:
Quality control of gluten free products
For gluten free products, we additionally test every batch in our lab to ensure the gluten content is below 20 PPM. This standard ensures that the products is safe for consumption by individuals with coeliac disease or gluten sensitivity.

BRCGS (British Retail Consortium Global Standard) is a globally recognised food safety standard for food manufacturers and their suppliers. We hold an AA-level BRCGS certification.

Gluten free and BRCGS
Credin A/S is BRCGS Gluten Free certified under the Gluten Free Certification Program, Issue 3. This demonstrates that all our gluten free products comply with strict management requirements and contain a maximum of 20 ppm gluten. This certificate provides our customers with the opportunity to apply for permission to add the Crossed Grain symbol on the packaging. The crossed Grain symbol is the most recognized gluten free symbol in Europe.

The Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) is a non-profit organisation that promotes the growth and use of sustainable palm oil. By being certified by the RSPO Supply Chain Certification System, you support the creation of sustainable and transparent production throughout the supply chain until the product reaches the consumer.
Credin A/S is RSPO certified, and we only use RSPO certified palm oil / palm kernel oil. Our trademark licence number is: 4-0602-15-100-03.
