At Credin, we take pride in our highly specialiced production facility. From we recieve the ingredients to finished product we ensure a dedicated quality control within our supply chain.
Our production environment is meticulously maintained to be contaminant-free. With closed batch containers and washable machinery, strict safety protocols for handeling ingredients, and rigorous batch controls. If demanded we can deliver free-from products labelled without "may contain traces of".
Our setup is easily adaptable and allows us to seamlessly transition between different types of free-from products, as well as large and small batches.

All our products undergo quality control, to ensure the same high quality every time. For gluten free products, we additionally test every batch in our lab to ensure the gluten content is below 20 PPM. This standard ensures that the products is safe for consumption by individuals with coeliac disease or gluten sensitivity.
Should external testing be required, we also acccomodate this.
There are a few precautions that you have to take when baking and selling gluten free bread and cakes. We have listed a few below.
Before you start baking carefully clean all surfaces and tools that will come in contact with the gluten free ingredients and make sure that flour dust and dough leftovers are carefully removed.
Remember always to keep the gluten free raw materials strictly separated from gluten-containing raw materials and ingredients.
When storing and selling gluten free bread it is a good idea to pre-pack them to avoid mixing them with gluten-containing products.
Please be aware of local variations. Always consult your local food authorities regarding specific regulations for selling gluten free product in your country.
