Gluten free chocolate cake

A luscious, moist, and deeply satisfying dessert that just happens to be gluten free. Crafted for true cake lovers, this cake is made with cocoa, smooth dark chocolate chunks, and our gluten free cake base to deliver a rich, fudgy texture in every bite. It is very simple to bake.  

 

With the cake base you are ensured an easy and stable process right from mixing the batter to a perfect baking performance. Moreover the base is very versatile and you can create almost any gluten free cake, short pastry or muffin you desire.

 

 

RECIPE

Chocolate Cake
930 g Gluten Free Cake Base
70 g Cocoa powder
100 g Sugar
290 g Oil
200 g Water
335 g Egg
180 g Chocolate Chunks

 

 

PROCEDURE

Mixing time: 3-4 min. at medium speed with a spatula
Scaling: 450 g, round cake paper mold 6,7 inch/17 cm
Baking temp.: 160°C in rack oven
Baking time: 35-40 min.
Mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar and oil for 1 min,
then add water and eggs.
Mix it again for 3 min. at medium speed.
Then add Chocolate chunks and mix again for 30 sec.

 

Also suitable for tray and pound cakes.
