RECIPE
Lemon cake
1,000 g Gluten Free Cake Base
290 g Oil
200 g Water
335 g Egg
100 g sugar
30 g lemon zest
50 g lemon juice
PROCEDURE
Mixing time: 3-4 min. at medium speed with a spatula
Scaling: 400 g, round cake paper mold 6,7 inch/17 cm
Baking temp.: 165°C in rack oven
Baking time: 35-40 min.
Add the flour and oil and mix for 1 min. Then add water and
eggs. Mix it again for 3-4 min. at medium speed. Add lemon
zest and lemon juice during the last part of the mixing time.
Also suitable for tray and pound cakes.
