RECIPE
Muffiins with berries
1,000 g Gluten Free Cake Base
290 g Oil
200 g Water
335 g Egg
Add your choice of berries
PROCEDURE
Mixing time: 3-4 min. at medium speet with a spatula
Scaling: 70 g
Baking temp.: 175°C in rack oven
Baking time: 22 min.
Mix flour and oil for 1 min., then add water and eggs.
Mix it again for 3-4 min. at medium speed.
