With just one cake base you are ensured an easy and stable process right from mixing the batter to a perfect baking performance. Moreover the base is very versatile and you can create almost any gluten free cake, short pastry or muffin you desire.
RECIPE
Multi cake with raisins and warm spices
833 g Gluten Free Cake Base
150 g Brown sugar
8 g Cinnamon
3 g Ground Ginger
3 g Cardamom
3 g Crushed cloves
290 g Oil
200 g Water
335 g Egg
120 g Raisins
PROCEDURE
Mixing time: 3-4 min. at medium speed with a spatula
Scaling: 400 g, round cake paper mold 6,7 inch/17 cm
Baking temp.: 180°C in rack oven
Baking time: 35-40 min.
Mix flour, brown sugar, spices and oil for 1 min.,
then add water and eggs. Mix it again for 3-4 min. at medium
speed. Add raisins during the last part of the mixing time.
Also suitable for tray and pound cakes.
