The Bread Base is very versatile and you can create almost any gluten free bread type, softdough or pizza base. Just add your choice of seeds, kernels and topping

PIZZA
1,000 g Gluten Free Bread Base
10-15 g Salt
20 g Yeast
100 g Oil
750 g Water
PROCEDURE
Mixing time: 3 min. slow + 2 min. fast
Resting time: 10 min.
Scaling: 300 g, roll to Ø25 cm and add topping
Proofing time: 25 min.
Baking temp.: 250°C in deck oven
Baking time: 15-17 min.
Just add your choice of tomato sauce and topping to perfect your pizza.
