Our cake base offers versatility and you can create almost any gluten free cake, cookie, short pastry or muffin you desire. The process is easy and stable both when mixing as well as the baking performance.
RECIPE
Short pastry
680 g Gluten Free Cake Base
320 g Potato starch
400 g Pastry Margarine
120 g Egg
PROCEDURE
Mixing time: 2 + 2 min. at slow speed with a hook
Baking temp.: 200°C in rack oven
Baking time: 8-9 min.
Mix flour, potato starch and margarine for 2 min. at slow speed.
Then add eggs and mix it again for 2 min. at slow speed and
then 15 sec. at medium speed.
