American style muffins with chocolate chunks

Tasteful American style muffins based on the dark vegan soft cake blend which ensures the muffins an intense taste of cocoa and a fantastic moist crumb. CREDI® Cake Vegan Dark blend can be used for a large variety of inspiring muffins and soft cakes. You only have to add vegetable oil and water to the blend and you have a uniform batter with a high viscosity. For more variation just add berries or nuts to the batter.

 

RECIPE
AMERICAN STYLE MUFFINS WITH CHOLATE CHUNKS
1.000 g CREDI® Cake Vegan Dark
200 g Vegetable oil
450 g Water
150 g Dark chocolate chunks

 

WORK DESCRIPTION
Mix cake mix, oil and water for 5 minutes on low speed using a flat beater. Add the chocolate chunks the last minute. Scale off the batter at 70 g into muffin wraps or baking treys 50x36 mm. For decoration top with chocolate chunks. Bake at 190 °C for 22 minutes the last 5 minutes with an open damper.
