Cinnamon roll bread with custard and filling

The vegan cinnamon roll bread has a fantastic moist crumb and sweet cinnamon taste. It is based on our three vegan premixes: Vegan Soft Dough, Vegan Filling and Vegan Custard. We have combined the three vegan premixes to create a tasteful vegan cinnamon bread in a simple method. The vegan premixes can be used alone or mixed for a nice cinnamon roll bread like in this recipe.

 

RECIPE

CINNAMON ROLL BREAD WITH CUSTARD AND FILLING

SOFT DOUGH

675 g CREDI® Soft Dough Conc. Vegan

3,000 g Wheat flour
450 g Sugar
375 g Vegetable oil
200 g Yeast
1,800 g Water

 

CUSTARD

1,000 g CREDI® Custard Vegan
3,000 g Water

 

FILLING

2,000 g CREDI® Filling Vegan
920 g Cake margarine
550 g Water

80 g Cinnamon
